My mum's being funny

This morning at 7am I was waken up by my mum's 奪命追魂 call (ok..this is a chinese funny phrase which basically interpreted as the call could scare you to death).....anyone who knows chinese has a better interpretation?
She likes to ensure that I will be at the airport on her arrival and not letting her look for her daughter when she's there. Hello.....when did it ever happens ?!

OK..anyway, my mum likes a clean home. And I definately would need to vacuum and make her feel welcome and be comfort when she arrives. So I told her I'll be busy today cleaning dishes and vacuuming the house. She has kinda funny response and says "yea..cos the Superintendant of the Health Department is arriving"........................
