A mouse heaven

This morning I had breakfast with my mum at Kxxx restaurant.
A mice was running at the table opposite to ours. We're the only
customer on that side of the tables so only me and my mum saw it.

The mice jumped up to the bench and "squeezed" into the gap between
the seat and the top back.

I could understand that there could be tons of big mother mouses and
little baby mices on Alexander Road as it's filled with restaurants.

I just suspect if this mice has a "permanent" home in this restaurant or just ran
from the outside. Seems it's very familiar of its way to somewhere
else.

Another "funny" thing is...we told the waitress that there's mice.
She "ran" away. We thought she might try to do something or try to at
least let the manager knows. But finally, after a long while, she
returned and she just told us that she's scared too. And of course,
none of any other waitress nor managers in the restaurant ever came
over and checked it out at all.

I know you're scared but we're scared too.
